Inspired by the watchtowers of old...
During a visit to the ancient village of Caltabellotta in Sicily, President and Managing Director Ray was inspired by the strength and presence of the towering defensive structure there. Built into the very cliffs, and rising up over the village it inhabited, Caltabellotta castle symbolized protection, reassurance, and safety to the people below. In times of turbulence and threat, the castle and those atop its walls kept constant vigil, proudly protecting the village from attack.
Many hundreds of years have passed since Caltabellotta castle was built – yet the times we live in are still loaded with threat and unrest. The need for protection and safety is just as real as it ever was – and, in response to that need, 1st Watch Global was born.
To form the backbone of 1st Watch Global, Directors Ray, Mike, and Dave brought together a team of dedicated, trustworthy and experienced specialists with whom they have worked over their many years in service. Each and every member of the team is intensely dedicated to protecting people – people’s lives, places, and freedoms. They are a nationwide network of connected professionals, each bringing their own specialist skill or area of expertise; a razor-sharp group brimming with passion, knowledge, and the ceaseless desire to save lives.
